RED Catering Philosophy

Philosophy

We are proud to support local and sustainable farmers. Our short growing season means that every sprig of melons, every onion and pepper and tomato, every orange and apple is a cause for celebration. All year long, we work with local farmers raising animals for meat and dairy in a sustainable way, and growing grain organically. We believe in letting the ingredients speak for themselves.

We are proud to support the local economy. Our food purchases go to local producers, we use local vendors whenever possible and employ full-time staff members.

We are proud to operate in an environmentally responsible way. All our food waste is composted by recycling – since opening, we've diverted thousands of pounds of waste from landfills.
